Traditionally January has been the time of year that we are all invited to start something new, that new diet, a new exercise regime or book a holiday to a new place. Sometimes our new ventures can help to promote wellbeing in ourselves or appeal to our altruistic natures and benefit others
High profile publicity campaigns such as ‘Stoptober’ – to help people to stop smoking or ‘Movember’ – Mens health awareness month, now span across the year to keep the momentum going.

Small steps towards wellbeing may be more manageable and can lead to big positive changes in life. Our wellbeing champions are also on hand to talk through any aspect of wellbeing and mental health.
