How will this work?
Once you have registered your interest you will then be contacted via email so please ensure that you are regularly checking your mailbox. You will receive a link via email inviting you to join each individual session / workshop. You will then be accepted into the session/ workshop by our Early Years Practitioner or Family Support Worker at the session start time.
We simply ask that:
- You use your full name as your screen name rather than a nickname. This will help us to easily identify the families that are present in our session.
- You keep your microphone muted for the duration of the session until the open discussion time at the end. This will prevent any interference and ensure that all families can hear the Practitioners.
- If using a mobile device rather than a laptop or home PC it may be easier for you to download the 'Zoom' app from your app / play store prior to joining the meeting. You can then simply enter the Meeting ID to join.
Following each session/workshop you will receive a Google feedback form via email. We would be very grateful if you could take a few moments to complete this. Your views are very important to us so we would love to hear what we are doing well and what we can improve on.
Please note: These services will be for Stratford and West Ham residents only. If spaces are available we will then open this up to other community neighbourhoods within Newham. If you have any questions please give us a call on our usual telephone number 0208 534 3136 option 4 where a member of the team will be able to assist you.
