Aanchal ( Domestic Abuse Support) - Aanchal is dedicated to saving lives and safeguarding future generations from the scourge of domestic abuse.

Women's Trust - This is a charity organisation that provides free counselling and therapy for female survivors of domestic violence, emotional abuse and other forms of domestic abuse.

Newham Talking Therapies (Mental Wellbeing) -  The Talking Therapies team can support you with worry, anxiety, phobias, low mood, bereavement, relationship troubles, loss of confidence and coping with long term conditions. Also provide employment and welfare support.

Newham Council Family Services Directory - This will link you to the various offers for families delivered by the Newham Local Authority; from Things To Do, Early years, Education and SEND.

Newham’s Special Educational Needs and Disability Local Offer This will link you to the different services offered by the local authority if your child has or you think your child has additional needs.

Magpie Project - This agency provides practical support and advice for mothers and children under five in temporary or insecure accommodation in Newham.

Shelter - This helpline is open 365 days a year and offers advice and support to anyone facing homelessness.

Newham Rise - Newham Drug and Alcohol Service is an integrated drug and alcohol recovery service delivered by change, grow and live (CGL).

Mind (for better mental health) - A community mental health charity that give advice and supports anyone with mental health or emotional issues.

Churches Food Bank - Food Bank is a project founded by local churches and community groups, working together towards stopping hunger in the local area.

RAMP (refugee and migrant project) This organisation supports people who have migrated to the UK through a whole range of routes and reasons, where their immigration status is either unclear, undocumented or not yet finalised.
